This year during our Extravaganza we wanted to offer some hands-on experiences to better educate students on the subject. While we would love to allow everyone in these classes we are limited on space and can only allow a small group into our hands-on classes. There is a fee attached to each class-which is a little different than what we have done in the past and depending on the length, materials used, time and depth of information being shared the class fees will vary. Each class will be priced per class, per person and will require pre-registration. Once classes are full we will be starting a wait list, but due to other classes being offered will not be able to open up additional classes during the event. Thank you for your understanding and support-we are excited to see this fun addition to our event. Hope to see you in class.

 

 

CHOCOLATE TEMPERING WITH JOSE LIM

Dive deeper into the world of tempering with Jose Lim. Each student will be able to learn this necessary skill of melting, cooling and working with chocolate with a hands-on experience with Jose. This process will help you to properly melt and use your chocolate to get consistent results each time you dip.
