Absolutely Yes! We believe in offering a true hands-on experience to everyone who attends our classes. We make sure our classes are small enough for our instructors to offer individualized attention and give everyone a chance to help create the menu of the night.
From time-to-time we do offer demonstration class however, those are clearly noted that they are a demonstration class, not a hands-on class.
-We require a 48-hour notice on all cancellations. If you’re unable to make your class you can email us at email@example.com or call (801) 268-3316.
We suggest wearing closed toed shoes and clothes that aren’t too baggy. We will give every adult who attends the class a Gygi apron that they are able to take with them at the end of the night.
-Unfortunately, we sometimes have to cancel classes due to a low number of attendees or a rare and unforeseen event, such as, horrible weather or power outages.
If we have to cancel your class we will offer a refund or credit to attend the class when it is rescheduled. We always try to reschedule the class within a week or two of the original date.
-Because of the planning that is necessary to keep our classes organized and efficient, we require advanced registration to all of our classes.
-If you would like to use a gift card to register for classes you can either email the class name, your contact details, and the gift card number to, firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (801) 268-3316.
-All students who register for our cooking classes must be 16 years or older. However, because we want everyone to have fun in the kitchen we do sometimes offer a Teens In The Kitchen class that allows anyone ages 11-15 to attend and Kids In The Kitchen that allows anyone from 7-11 years of age to attend.
-Yes. Orson Gygi is very happy to be an active and supportive member of our local community. We encourage you to reach out to us for donation requests by sending an email to: email@example.com. Please include a cover letter, your contact information, the amount requested, and specific information regarding who the donation is for.
We would love to be able to accept all donation requests that come our way, however, because we do have a limited budget, we ask for your understanding and patience. Thank you for being an involved member of the Utah community.
