In this course, you will be learning ingredient preparation & measuring, meringue basics, proper macaronage, baking steps, and fillings.  After this, you should feel confident to try these tricky french petit fours at home in your own kitchen!  You will be coming away with an Orson Gygi apron, macarons, recipes, questions answered, and a serious sugar rush from all the testing.
