Caroline comes from a cuisine-rich background. Her French father and Vietnamese mother raised her to become the fabulous foodie and chef she is today. For years she learned alongside her very talented mother. When she was in college, Caroline lived in Paris many times where she fell in love with French cuisine.

For the last couple years, she has blogged about her life and everything food on her blog, Armelle Blog. She was also a contributing blogger for Café Zupas where they published a cookbook using some of Caroline’s favorite recipes.
