Chef Tom brings over 17 years of culinary experience to every class he teaches. He is currently an adjunct instructor at the International Culinary School at the Salt Lake City campus. His areas of expertise are restaurant and art culinaire. Before becoming an instructor, Chef Tom was the restaurant chef for The Grand America Hotel, including, but not limited to, The Garden Café, Gibson Lounge, high tea, the lobby lounge, the in-room dining, and the award winning Sunday brunch.
Currently, Chef Tom is the proprietor of Made By Tom LLC where he offers unique dining experiences, such as, pop-up events across the Salt Lake valley and private cooking classes.
