Pasta Night! It is a special night when Chef Todd is in the kitchen with us. In this class, you will learn how to make your very own fresh pasta, filled pasta and rolled pasta. Join us as we make raised doughnuts! You will learn how to make a foolproof yeast-risen dough then roll, cut, fry, glaze, and fill! The class will be filled with fun doughnut history, hands on instruction and practice, and of course...lots and lots of tasting. You will leave class with an Orson Gygi apron, recipes, fresh doughnuts, and all the confidence to make doughnuts in your own kitchen. Class lasts 3 hours.
