Meiling Dawson

Meiling Dawson brings with her a lifetime of the best culinary kitchen around, her mother’s kitchen. She started teaching at Orson Gygi since the very beginning and has been a staple in our culinary program. Her classes are constantly requested and she fills these requests with an array of classes ranging from Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and even a little Hawaiian cuisine.

Meiling’s attention to detail and her knowledge of food helps her create delicious, yet easy, meals that keep her fans coming back for more each month. Once you join one of her classes, you’ll see why she is everyone’s favorite instructor.
