Meiling Dawson

Meiling Dawson brings with her a lifetime of the best culinary kitchen around, her mother’s kitchen. She started teaching at Orson Gygi since the very beginning and has been a staple in our culinary program. Her classes are constantly requested and she fills these requests with an array of classes ranging from Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and even a little Hawaiian cuisine.

Meiling’s attention to detail and her knowledge of food helps her create delicious, yet easy, meals that keep her fans coming back for more each month. Once you join one of her classes, you’ll see why she is everyone’s favorite instructor.

Meiling Dawson is back for a brand new hands-on class, RAMEN! This has been such a fun new food trend-so why not learn to make this restaurant favorite! Everyone will work together and create 4 varieties of your favorite ramens. We will be making: Tonkotsu Ramen Karai (spicy) Shoyu Ramen Miso Ramen Shio Ramen and all the toppings to go inside!
