Rebecca Millican brings years of experience and passion in the kitchen to every class she teaches. With over a decade of experience being part of the faculty of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City where she was a pastry chef instructor, she has a pastry knowledge that goes well beyond the classroom. In addition to Rebecca’s natural talent and skill in chocolate and pastries, her other specialties include, wedding cakes, candy-making, and gingerbread houses.
Since her return to Utah in 2010 Rebecca has worked with Amano Artisan Chocolate, Culinary Crafts Catering, and currently she is the pastry chef at La Caille. Rebecca enjoys one more claim to fame—she has appeared in several episodes of “Food Network Challenge” and most recently appeared on Food Network’s “Halloween Wars” in the fall of 2014.
