The Kouign Amann. Oh the Kouign Amann. This heaven sent dessert is the favorite to many, and truthfully- one of my most sought after desserts. Think of the Kouign Amann as a denser version of a croissant but layered in buttery, flaky dough and a generous amount of sugar!
